Overview
Having issues logging into the Central Authentication Service (CAS) on Safari with your One-Time Password? Issues with accessing other systems in Brightspace (Like Panopto, Gradescope, etc...)? You most likely just need to turn on cross-site tracking and allow all cookies in your Safari settings.
This page walks you through on how you can change your Safari setting to enable cross-tracking and allow all site cookies.
Turning on Cross-Site Tracking
- Open Safari
- Select Safari in the upper-left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- Select the Privacy tab on the top of the menu box
- Uncheck the box next to the Website Tracking option
Allowing All Site Cookies
- From the Privacy Settings menu, click Advanced Settings
- Verify that the box for Block All Cookies is unchecked
Make sure to close Safari before attempting to sign into CAS
