In some cases, content recorded using classroom recorders may not have sound on Apple devices. This is due to an accessibility feature that enables audio to be played in mono rather than stereo. In addition, the Apple ecosystem operates in a way that this setting can automatically be shared across all Apple devices for a specific user. This can cause the problem to occur on all devices owned by that user. To turn off mono audio, follow the steps below.
