How do I access BingView?

Overview

BingView is Binghamton University's Virtual Desktop Environment that provides access to specialized applications on and off-campus. 
 

To access BingView follow the steps below:

NOTE:  To access BingView from the student network, or from Off-Campus, users must first connect to the Pulse Secure VPN.

  1. Go to https://bingview.binghamton.edu

  2. Select "Install VMware Horizon Client"

  3. Download & Install the VMware Horizon Client

  4. Open VMware Horizon Client and enter bingview.binghamton.edu for the Server Name

  5. If not selected, select "BU" for the Domain.

  6. Use your Binghamton University UserID, your Bing OTP (first) and then  your Password to access BingView and to log into the virtual machine.

  1. Select the Virtual Desktop that you want to access.
