Contract Type
- Subscription based Value Incentive Plan (VIP) under which Binghamton University may purchase Adobe software subscription licenses and support.
- $192.94 per device per year.
- One year commitment, expiring 10/19/2024, with an Annual Renewal in September of each year. You can add licenses to this contract during this period, but you cannot remove licenses.
- You will need to provide your Department’s Account Number and a contact person’s name and email address that will handle the payment process.

Shared Device Licensing is a licensing model to deploy and manage Adobe applications in labs and shared device setups, where multiple users use the devices and applications. The software license is assigned to a device or computer instead of an individual.

Do I need an Adobe Account?
Yes
Can more than one person access this license?
Yes. Any user that has access to a device with this license installed and has an Adobe account can log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud app for access to the installed software.

Who will perform the installation of this software?
As Installer Packages need to be created for each application from within the SUNY Binghamton Adobe Admin Console, either the ITS Technical Support Group, or someone from your department -- with proper entitlements within the Adobe Admin Console -- can do the installation. This will be determined on an individual basis based on your needs and abilities.
