Service Description
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides various permissions and access options for Binghamton University accounts that may not be provided automatically. Through a request, review, and approval process, ITS can provide access to additional services - known as "elevated account permissions" - where appropriate.
Some examples include access to eduroam/secure wifi, special VPN permissions, BingView, etc. if an account does not already have access to those services.
Please be aware, ITS will only consider elevated account permissions requests submitted by employees of Binghamton University who provide a valid business reason for the request.
