Additional Electronic Accessibility Services
Our Knowledge Base provides articles, guides, and answers to frequently asked questions about electronic accessibility. You'll find information on a wide range of topics, from creating accessible documents to understanding web accessibility guidelines. This is a great first stop for learning about accessibility best practices and finding solutions to common issues.
For visual learners, we are building a collection of video tutorials that demonstrate how to implement accessibility features in various applications and platforms. These tutorials cover topics such as adding alternative text to images, and using accessibility checkers. Check back soon as we add more videos!
We offer customized accessibility training for departments, teams, and groups. If you'd like to schedule a training session for your group on a specific accessibility topic, please fill out our Group Training Request Form.
For more in-depth assistance, you can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a digital accessibility expert. We can provide guidance on specific projects, answer complex questions, and help you find solutions to your accessibility challenges.

Receive a weekly digital accessibility tip when you join the B-Accessible Google Group. This is a great forum for asking questions, staying up to date on accessibility-related events, and sharing resources.
SUNY provides access to Deque University, an online learning platform with a comprehensive curriculum on digital accessibility. Faculty, staff, and students can take self-paced courses and tutorials to learn about accessibility standards, testing techniques, and best practices. You must request an account to begin.
For quick questions and guidance on web accessibility, try Deque's axe Assistant. This accessibility chatbot can provide instant answers to common questions and help you find the resources you need. You must be logged into your SUNY Deque account to use axe Assistant.
