Service Description

The ITS Information Security (InfoSec) Office provides network, device, and application logging and monitoring services for security purposes through various in-house and licensed third-party software platforms. InfoSec has the capability to analyze and interpret log data to identify security risks, indicators of compromise, and/or the safety of an individual or group where appropriate. InfoSec provides these services in an ongoing basis for departments, or in an immediate action capacity as designated by circumstances and University requirements.

ITS complies with all University privacy policies when conducting logging and monitoring actions. Requests for any such services may be subject to review and approval by leadership members in ITS and/or other departments.
