Overview
The Product Idea Exchange is a place where you can go to see what other Brightspace users are requesting for product updates and features, vote for the features you would also like to see, and submit new product ideas for features.
Sign up for a Brightspace Community Account
Go to https://community.d2l.com/brightspace
If you do not have a community log in you will have to create one.
NOTE: If you already have an account, you may have to complete a registration step to use the new Single Sign On Experience.
Navigate to the PIE Site
Once logged into the community you will click on Resources at the top of the page, then under Extend you will click on the Product Idea Exchange.
Search Submitted Ideas
The main page of the Product Idea Exchange is where you can search others' ideas and feature requests that have already been submitted to D2L.
If you would like more information on one of the submissions, click on the idea you might want more information on. This will display additional details and give you the option to vote, or "promote" the idea.
Submit a New Product Idea
If you would like to submit an idea, click the Post Idea link, at the top of the Product Idea Exchange page. Fill out the form with a Title, Details, and supporting information.
Click Submit Idea to submit your idea to the PIE for others to promote.
